Excellent work on installing our new cork floors and wood stairs. Excellent professional sales help and follow up. The price is very competitive. We had a very good experience and will be doing our basement with them next year. You would be silly to go anywhere else..

Utterly impressive was the work of our two brotherly craftsmen. I can scarcely recall a minute when they weren't working diligently and with superb skill. I hasten to add that they were also very polite and answered all our questions. And I loved the caulking job and attentiveness to each small detail.

We chose Aspen Wood Floors to install Craft wood flooring for main and upper floors and high end vinyl for our basement. David Mahabir was our sales consultant and he was the deciding factor when selecting a vendor as he was knowledgeable, communicated very well and really cared as much as we did that the finished product be perfect (multiple site visits and even moisture tests of the subfloor). He was the only vendor that rightly saw the need to level our main floor subfloor and even the freshly poured basement, as he wanted to ensure the look and longevity of the floor. Pricing was excellent given our choices, installation was perfect and efficient, and their after care support when other trades damaged a section of the floor was first rate. I highly recommend Aspen and David in particular.

I found Aspen wood floor company by doing a google search and noticed their high customer satisfaction ratings. I have to say that the three bedrooms I had hardwood installed in look so beautiful. The flooring mostly matches my existing hardwood floors. New baseboards were also installed. I was impressed with how nice the guys were and how quickly they worked. Three bedrooms done in one day! I had them installed back in October so it's been about 8 months. I still love my floors... wish I had done it sooner... so crisp and clean and flawless. I do hope to get my basement and stairs done next year. Highly recommend.

Dec 2018 - We recently had the opportunity of using Aspen Wood Floors to lay hardwood in two bedrooms in our condominium. This flooring was to match existing flooring which we had laid 5 years ago in other parts of the suite when we first moved to the building. Unfortunately the color had been discontinued. However, Jim Pincoe of Aspen Wood went out of his way to arrange a special run of the color, which turned out to be excellent match. His workmen were polite and efficient and the job was completed on time. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Aspen Wood Floors to anyone considering having wood flooring installed, whether in a house or condominium.
